Recently it was brought to our attention that many
people throughout the company failed to follow the single most important thing
this company stands for the practice of fair-trade. We believe as a company that profit is
important but not as important as the conditions that those who work in for our
sake. We believe that those who provide
the products we use to server our customers should need to be treated with
respect, compassion and with dignity. It
is our social responsibility that those who harvest our beans be given human
working conditions and are paid a living wage.
We believed it was out Ethical Responsibility to the world to work with
in the parameters for the fair-trade standards.

the next several months we will be addressing all the concerns that everyone
has for the mishap that has gone on. We
will be taking the next several months to repair and reassure the world our
commitment to maintaining the standards we set out when we first started this
company. We will work harder to show
transparency in the company. We will be
addressing the problems at all levels.
We as a company will be making special trips to all our fields and operations. We will set out together to retain and
reinstate the ethical standards we have this company. We are committed to asking for forgiveness
and working hand in hand with all those involved to get past this moment of
distrust and move forward to being the company everyone has believed us to be.
